Etihad Rail has launched a new culinary experience on its Abu Dhabi–Fujairah route, offering passengers a taste of Emirati culture through a specially curated menu. Developed by Capital Catering, part of the ADNEC Group, the menu is designed to enhance the travel experience by incorporating local flavors and traditions.

## Culinary Highlights

The menu, crafted by award-winning chef Maitha Warshaw, features a modern take on traditional Emirati dishes. One standout offering is a contemporary version of machboos, which includes slow-braised short rib with Emirati-spiced rice. Passengers can also enjoy a complimentary Ghaf Juice Shot, inspired by the UAE's national tree, along with locally inspired chocolates and traditional Arabic coffee.

Etihad Rail's initiative aims to connect passengers with the UAE's cultural heritage. Adhraa Almansoori, Executive Director of Commercial at Etihad Rail Mobility, emphasized that the rail service is about more than just transportation; it's about experiencing the UAE's landscapes and traditions.

The onboard menu caters to both Comfort and Premium class passengers, offering breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. A special children's menu is also available, ensuring a family-friendly travel experience.
