## Financial Performance
Abu Dhabi's TAQA has announced a 9.7% rise in net income for the first half of 2026, reaching Dh4.1 billion. This increase comes despite a 2.6% drop in revenue to Dh27.5 billion, attributed to lower pass-through revenues and reduced oil and gas production.

Shareholders are set to receive an interim dividend of 0.8 fils per share, totaling approximately Dh899 million. The company has also increased its infrastructure spending by 38% to Dh7.2 billion, focusing on power generation and water projects.
## Operational Highlights
TAQA's EBITDA grew by 7.7% to Dh11 billion, driven by strong performance in its transmission and generation sectors. The company is advancing several major projects, including the Taweelah C Independent Power Producer project and a wastewater treatment facility in Ras Al Khaimah.
## Renewable Energy Expansion
TAQA continues to expand its renewable energy portfolio through Masdar, securing significant projects in Asia and Spain. The company also issued a green bond to refinance the Al Dhafra Solar PV Independent Power Plant, highlighting its commitment to sustainable energy solutions.
