## Financial Performance

Abu Dhabi's TAQA has announced a 9.7% rise in net income for the first half of 2026, reaching Dh4.1 billion. This increase comes despite a 2.6% drop in revenue to Dh27.5 billion, attributed to lower pass-through revenues and reduced oil and gas production.

## Dividend and Investments

Shareholders are set to receive an interim dividend of 0.8 fils per share, totaling approximately Dh899 million. The company has also increased its infrastructure spending by 38% to Dh7.2 billion, focusing on power generation and water projects.

## Operational Highlights

TAQA's EBITDA grew by 7.7% to Dh11 billion, driven by strong performance in its transmission and generation sectors. The company is advancing several major projects, including the Taweelah C Independent Power Producer project and a wastewater treatment facility in Ras Al Khaimah.

## Renewable Energy Expansion

TAQA continues to expand its renewable energy portfolio through Masdar, securing significant projects in Asia and Spain. The company also issued a green bond to refinance the Al Dhafra Solar PV Independent Power Plant, highlighting its commitment to sustainable energy solutions.
