## Mental Health Focus

Cooper highlighted the ship's low rate of mental health issues compared to other US Navy carriers, emphasizing the importance of mental health as part of overall wellbeing. He credited the ship's leadership, particularly the Chief Petty Officers Mess, for prioritizing crew resilience.

## Middle East Tour

The visit to the USS Abraham Lincoln concluded Cooper's 10-day tour of the Middle East, where he visited six countries and met with US troops. His itinerary included Bahrain, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE, where he engaged with both civilian and military leaders.

## Operational Achievements

During his time on the carrier, Cooper recognized several sailors and Marines for their service. He described the Lincoln Carrier Strike Group's deployment as one of the most operationally intense in recent history, supporting missions like Operation Epic Fury and regional security efforts.

## Leadership Changes

Cooper also presided over a change of command ceremony for the Combined Joint Task Force–Operation Inherent Resolve in Jordan, marking a leadership transition from Maj. Gen. Kevin Lambert to Rear Adm. Liam Hulin.
