## Spider-Man's Box Office Triumph

"Spider-Man: Brand New Day" continues to dominate the box office, adding $70 million from theaters in the US and Canada. This brings its domestic earnings to $785.8 million, making it the fourth-highest-grossing film domestically. Internationally, the movie has amassed an additional $118.7 million, pushing its global total past $2 billion. It is only the eighth film to reach this milestone, and the second-fastest to do so, following "Avengers: Endgame."

## Other Box Office Performances

Christopher Nolan's "The Odyssey" holds the second spot, earning $23.2 million in North America and reaching $504.7 million domestically. Globally, it has surpassed $1.2 billion. "The End of Oak Street" exceeded expectations with a $21 million opening in North America and $47 million worldwide.

"Paw Patrol: The Dino Movie" attracted family audiences, earning $69 million globally. Meanwhile, the documentary "Katseye: Wild Hearts" entered the top five with $4 million from limited screens.

## Summer Box Office Success

The summer box office season concluded with over $4.2 billion in ticket sales, marking a 5.7% increase from the pre-pandemic summer of 2019. Although it falls short of the 2013 record of nearly $4.8 billion, this summer ranks among the top five highest-grossing summers ever. The yearly box office total is approaching $6.9 billion.
