## Acquisition Offer

Abu Dhabi's sovereign investor, L’IMAD, has announced a plan to acquire up to 100% of AD Ports Group. The offer is set at Dh6.25 per share, which is a 23% premium over the last closing price of Dh5.10. This move could increase L’IMAD's stake to full ownership through its subsidiary, ADQ, which currently holds 75.42% of AD Ports Group.

## Financial Details

The proposed offer price represents a significant premium over AD Ports Group's historical share prices. It is 25% higher than the one-month volume weighted average price of Dh5.02 and 31% above the three-month average of Dh4.76. Compared to the initial subscription price of Dh3.20 before the company was listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange in February 2022, the offer marks a 95% increase.

## Regulatory Approvals

The acquisition proposal was announced on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange on August 17, 2026. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals, and further details will be provided in an upcoming offer document from AD Ports Group.
