UAE developer Arada unveils Dh5 billion Broadbeach project with 952 homes in Australia

## Arada's Broadbeach Development

UAE-based developer Arada has announced a significant residential project on Australia's Gold Coast, valued at Dh5 billion. This development, located in Broadbeach, will feature 952 homes and marks Arada's first venture outside New South Wales.

## Twin-Tower Design

The project will consist of two residential towers connected by a landscaped podium. The towers will offer a variety of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. Residents will have access to amenities such as pools, fitness and wellness areas, communal terraces, private dining, a library, and work-from-home spaces. Additionally, the ground floor will host retail and hospitality outlets.

## Strategic Location

Situated opposite the Gold Coast Convention Centre, the site benefits from direct access to the light rail and proximity to The Star Gold Coast and Pacific Fair Shopping Centre.

## Completion Timeline

Arada aims to complete the project before the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games. The construction will be managed by Roberts Co, a contractor acquired by Arada in 2025, ensuring control over both development and construction phases.

## Expansion in Australia

This project is Arada's largest in Australia to date and is part of a broader strategy to expand in key urban markets. Since entering the Australian market in 2024, Arada has initiated eight projects, totaling over 5,000 homes across the country.
