## Dividend Details
Borouge Plc has approved an interim dividend of $656 million for the first half of 2026, translating to 8.1 fils per share. Shareholders who purchase shares by August 27 will be eligible for this payout, with the ex-dividend date set for August 28 and the record date on August 31. Payments are expected within 30 days.
## Future Dividend Plans
The company has confirmed its plan to distribute a total of 16.2 fils per share for the entire year of 2026, which corresponds to an annual yield of 6.7% based on the share price as of August 19. The remaining 8.1 fils per share is anticipated to be paid in the second quarter of 2027.
## Company Background
Since its initial public offering in June 2022, Borouge has distributed approximately $4.9 billion in dividends. The company is now part of Borouge International, which became the fourth-largest polyolefins producer globally after its formation in March 2026. This integration has enhanced Borouge's global reach and product offerings, while maintaining a strong focus on shareholder returns.
