## Major Security Operations in Kuwait

Kuwaiti authorities have conducted significant security operations across the regions of Farwaniya, Khaitan, and Riggae, resulting in the arrest of 150 individuals. These operations targeted both wanted persons and those violating residency laws.

## Details of the Arrests

In Farwaniya and Khaitan, security forces apprehended 64 individuals linked to criminal activities, including those with outstanding arrest warrants and absconding reports. Additionally, 47 people were detained for overstaying their residency permits, and four were arrested for not carrying identification.

## Riggae Operation

In a separate operation in Riggae, involving 168 security personnel and 50 patrols, 36 individuals were arrested. Among them were 13 people with expired residency permits and 12 wanted for absconding. Authorities also detained individuals for civil cases and drug-related offenses.

## Traffic Violations and Other Offenses

During these operations, officers recorded over 400 traffic violations. One person was arrested for illegally possessing and selling medication, and a vehicle was impounded under a judicial order.

## Objective of the Campaigns

The Interior Ministry emphasized that these campaigns aim to enhance public safety by apprehending violators and strengthening the security presence in the country.
