Turkey’s exports to OIC states reach $41.5 billion in seven months of 2026

## Significant Growth in Trade

Turkey's exports to the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) member states reached $41.5 billion from January to July 2026. This marks an increase of $345.7 million compared to the same period in the previous year.

## Rising Trade Volume

The total trade volume between Turkey and OIC countries grew by 2.2% during this period, reaching $69.2 billion. This growth highlights the strengthening economic ties between Turkey and the Islamic world.

## Strategic Export Goals

The Turkish Ministry of Trade attributes this success to its Strategy for Developing Exports with OIC Members, part of the 2026–2028 Medium Term Programme. The strategy aims to increase the share of OIC countries in Turkey's total exports from 27% to 30% by 2028.
