## Major Traffic Delays in Dubai South

Commuters in Dubai South experienced significant traffic delays on Tuesday morning, particularly on Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road (E311). The congestion began near the Dubai South Sales Centre and extended through the D53 interchange, affecting areas like Jabal Ali Industrial Third and National Industries Park. The Dubai South Logistics and Commercial Districts also faced knock-on delays. A smaller traffic jam was noted further north on E311 near Jumeirah Village Triangle, though roads in Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai Sports City, and Dubai Production City remained relatively clear.

## Sharjah Traffic Challenges

The Dubai-Sharjah corridor was heavily congested, with Al Ittihad Road (E11) experiencing slowdowns from Al Mamzar through to Bu Shaghara. Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road also saw significant delays, particularly through the Industrial Area, University City, and near the SAIF Zone. Additional traffic issues were reported near Muhaisnah and Industrial Area 6. A section of S112 near University City was closed, causing further disruptions as drivers sought alternative routes.

Commuters are advised to allow extra travel time or consider alternate routes to avoid these congested areas.
