Humidity tends to rise at night as temperatures drop, causing the air to hold less moisture. This can lead to fog formation, particularly in inland areas where cooling is faster. Fog is most common from mid-September to mid-November.

## Impact on Comfort

High humidity affects the body's ability to cool itself through sweat evaporation, making temperatures feel hotter than they are. This is why August and September are particularly uncomfortable months in the UAE, combining extreme heat with high humidity.
