Service fees are agreed prior to engagement. Payments are made based on issued invoices. Government fees may change without prior notice.

4. Responsibilities of the Parties

The Client must provide accurate information. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by government authorities or third parties.

5. Limitations

The Company does not provide legal or tax advice unless explicitly stated in the agreement.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the UAE.
