Brigadier Rashid Nasser Rashid Abdullah, Director of the General Department of Human Resources, emphasized the importance of these roles in empowering Emirati citizens to contribute to community safety. The recruitment process is designed to be transparent, with strict standards to select highly qualified candidates.

## Application Criteria

Applicants must be UAE nationals, at least 18 years old, and meet a minimum height requirement of 165cm. The selection process includes cognitive and practical assessments, behavioral interviews, and medical examinations. Candidates must also have a clean conduct record and should not have been dismissed from any security or military positions previously.
