The recently launched AI-powered regulatory ecosystem and the National Programme for Developing Statistics System are part of these efforts, aimed at preparing the national economy for emerging sectors.

Proposals to regulate finance lease activities were also considered, highlighting the potential benefits for small and medium-sized enterprises in acquiring equipment without large upfront costs. This move could attract global leasing companies to the UAE market.
