## Strong Financial Performance
PureHealth reported a 20% increase in net profit for the first half of 2026, reaching Dh1.2 billion. This growth was driven by increased patient activity in the UAE, international expansion, and a robust insurance sector.
## Revenue and Earnings Growth
The company's revenue rose by 9% to Dh14.9 billion, while earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) grew 24% to Dh2.9 billion. International operations contributed significantly, accounting for 33% of the group's revenue.
## International Expansion
PureHealth's international revenue surged 56% to Dh5 billion, largely due to the integration of Hellenic Healthcare Group in Greece and Cyprus, and growth at Circle Health in the UK. The international EBITDA increased by 65% to Dh1.1 billion.
## UAE Operations
In the UAE, PureHealth's revenue reached Dh5.8 billion, with outpatient and inpatient volumes rising by 7% and 10%, respectively. The company is expanding its specialized care services and has begun construction on a new hospital in Abu Dhabi.
## Insurance Sector Growth
The insurance division saw a 10% rise in revenue to Dh4.1 billion, with gross written premiums increasing by 13% to Dh5.5 billion. The number of insured members grew to 3.4 million.
## Investments and Future Plans
PureHealth continues to invest in clinical and digital advancements, including AI and automation. The company maintains its growth targets, expecting continued expansion in both international and UAE markets.
