The Grand will be the first to open, starting in phases from August 19. This mall will offer a variety of shops, restaurants, and services, including the first Waitrose & Partners supermarket in the area.

## Sobha Mall and Le Meryeme Developments

Sobha Mall, a Dh210 million project at Sobha Hartland, is expected to open in late 2026. It will feature 35 retail outlets and various dining options. Two Le Meryeme malls are also planned, one in Liwan and another near The Villa, both scheduled for completion in 2026.

## South Bay and HAYAT Malls

South Bay Mall in Dubai South will offer 200,000 square feet of retail and leisure space, while HAYAT community mall will be part of a larger residential development near Al Maktoum International Airport.

## Major Projects by Majid Al Futtaim
