## Weather Forecast

Rain is expected in the eastern and southern regions of the UAE starting Monday. The NCM predicts convective clouds will bring rainfall due to a combination of surface low-pressure systems and upper-level troughs.

## Cloud-Seeding Process

Cloud seeding involves dispersing natural salts into existing clouds to encourage rain. This technique is only used when favorable meteorological conditions are present, and suitable clouds have already formed.

## Weather Conditions

The forecast indicates fair to partly cloudy weather through Tuesday, with cloud build-up in the afternoons. Winds are expected to shift from south-easterly to north-westerly, with gusts reaching up to 35 km/h. Seas will remain slight in both the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman.
