## Record Profit for ADNOC Distribution

ADNOC Distribution achieved a record net profit of $568 million in the first half of 2026, marking a 59% increase compared to the previous year. This growth was driven by increased fuel sales, network expansion, and gains in non-fuel retail operations.

## Dividend Announcement

The company's board has approved a second-quarter dividend of 5.14 fils per share, totaling $175 million. Shareholders must own the stock by August 12 to be eligible, with the payout scheduled for September 1.

## Fuel Sales and Network Expansion

Fuel sales reached a new high of 7.75 billion litres, supported by demand from both retail and commercial sectors. ADNOC Distribution expanded its network by 11%, now operating 1,045 service stations across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt.

## Growth in Non-Fuel Retail

Non-fuel retail profits rose by 12%, aided by increased customer visits and a wider range of offerings. The company is expanding "The Hub by ADNOC," a larger roadside retail format, and has partnered with Americana Restaurants to open up to 200 quick-service restaurants at its stations.

## Electric Vehicle Charging Expansion

ADNOC Distribution launched the region's largest electric vehicle charging hub on the E11 highway and expanded its E2GO charging network by 35%. Electric vehicles charged at their stations covered 27.4 million low-emission kilometers in the first half of the year.

## Strategic Acquisition in South Africa

In July, ADNOC Distribution signed an agreement to acquire Shell's downstream business in South Africa, valued at $1 billion. The deal, pending regulatory approval, is expected to boost earnings per share by 6% in the first full year post-completion.

## Dividend Policy and Historical Payouts

Since its IPO, ADNOC Distribution has distributed approximately $5.8 billion in dividends. The company maintains a policy of paying out $700 million annually or at least 75% of net profit, whichever is higher.
