Weather update: Fog risk and rough seas forecast in UAE through weekend

## Weather Overview

The UAE is forecasted to experience fair to partly cloudy weather from today until Sunday. Humidity levels are expected to rise overnight, leading to potential fog or mist in some areas, particularly inland on Thursday and Friday, and moving towards coastal and northern regions over the weekend.

## Temperature and Wind Conditions

Temperatures are set to slightly decrease on Thursday, with a gradual increase starting Saturday. Coastal areas will see daytime highs between 28°C and 33°C, while inland areas will range from 30°C to 35°C. Mountain regions will have cooler temperatures, with highs between 19°C and 24°C. Overnight lows could drop to 9°C to 14°C inland and 11°C to 16°C along the coast. Winds will vary from light to moderate, reaching speeds of 10 to 25 km/h, and may strengthen to 40 km/h, especially offshore.

## Sea Conditions

The Arabian Gulf is expected to have moderate to rough seas on Thursday, becoming rough at times on Friday. Conditions will ease to slight by Saturday and Sunday. The Oman Sea will experience slight to moderate conditions, occasionally turning rough before calming later in the weekend.

## Weekend Outlook

Saturday will bring fair to partly cloudy skies with rising temperatures. Humidity overnight into Sunday may cause mist in northern coastal areas. Winds will shift from southeasterly to north-westerly, with speeds of 10 to 20 km/h and gusts up to 30 km/h. Seas will remain slight in both the Arabian Gulf and the Oman Sea. By Sunday, conditions will stay fair to partly cloudy, with increased humidity overnight into Monday in some western areas.
