## Cabinet Reshuffle in France
In a recent cabinet reshuffle, the French government has appointed Catherine Pegard as the new Minister of Culture. This decision was announced by the French presidency on Thursday.
## Background of Catherine Pegard
Catherine Pegard, who previously served as a magazine editor and was the head of the Versailles palace, will be taking over the role from Rachida Dati. Dati, a member of the conservative party, has stepped down to focus on her campaign for the mayoral position in Paris.
## Other Appointments
Alongside Pegard's appointment, the reshuffle includes several other changes. Sabrina Roubache, a former minister, is returning to the government as a deputy minister for education and training. Maud Bregeon, who previously served as a government spokeswoman, will now be the deputy energy minister. Additionally, Camille Galliard-Minier, a lawmaker, has been appointed as the deputy minister for people with disabilities.
