Emirates unveils one-of-its-kind electric Premium Economy seats

## New Features on Airbus A350

Emirates has launched a groundbreaking electric Premium Economy seat on its Airbus A350 aircraft. This seat features a full-height adjustable privacy screen, allowing passengers to customize their personal space for relaxation, work, or dining. The privacy screen can be electronically adjusted at the touch of a button.

## Enhanced Passenger Comfort

The new seats are 20 inches wide and offer a pitch of up to 39 inches, reclining into a cradle position without affecting the space of the row behind. The seats also include a U-Dream headrest by Safran Seats, which can be adjusted for better neck and head support. Additionally, a leather footrest is provided to enhance comfort and reduce leg fatigue.

## Advanced Technology

For the first time, Emirates' Premium Economy cabin includes wireless charging capabilities. Passengers can charge compatible devices wirelessly, and each seat is equipped with USB-C charging ports. The tray table features an integrated phone holder, enabling passengers to use their phones as a second screen.

## Entertainment Options

The cabin is equipped with a 13.3-inch 4K HDR touchscreen for inflight entertainment. New exterior camera views are also available, offering passengers unique perspectives during take-off, landing, and flight. These features are part of Emirates' ongoing expansion of its Premium Economy offering, which began in 2022 and is now available on select Airbus A380s and retrofitted Boeing 777s.
