Gautam Gambhir to Decide Vaibhav Sooryavanshi’s Duleep Trophy Final Participation

## Rising Star Vaibhav Sooryavanshi

Vaibhav Sooryavanshi has been making waves in Indian cricket with his impressive performances. The young cricketer recently played a crucial role for East Zone in the Duleep Trophy, scoring 92 and 40 in the semi-final against Central Zone. His bowling also shone with figures of 2/11 in the quarter-final against North East Zone.

## Uncertainty Over Final Participation

As East Zone gears up for the final against South Zone, Sooryavanshi's participation remains uncertain. The decision rests with India head coach Gautam Gambhir, as Sooryavanshi is part of India's T20I squad along with Ishan Kishan and South Zone captain Tilak Verma.

## Gambhir's Crucial Decision

Gambhir's decision will determine if these players can participate in the Duleep Trophy final on September 6. If they are required to follow national team plans, they will miss the final to join the T20 squad in Delhi by September 9 or 10.

## South Zone Lineup

South Zone will feature experienced players like KL Rahul, Devdutt Padikkal, and Mohammed Siraj, who do not face the same scheduling conflicts. The national selectors are keen for available players to participate in the final, but the final call lies with Gambhir.
