## Vaibhav Sooryavanshi's Aggressive Batting

Fifteen-year-old Vaibhav Sooryavanshi showcased his fearless batting skills during the Duleep Trophy final in Chennai. Facing off against India's top fast bowler Mohammed Siraj, Sooryavanshi opened the innings with veteran Abhimanyu Easwaran.

## Stunning Performance Against Siraj

In the seventh over, Sooryavanshi launched an aggressive attack on Siraj. After defending the first ball, he drove the next delivery through the off side. Siraj adjusted his length, but Sooryavanshi responded with a powerful six over the bowler's head. Continuing his assault, he hit another boundary, collecting 14 runs from the over.

## Siraj's Struggles

Siraj, who had recently played in Tests against Sri Lanka, struggled to maintain his usual form, conceding 41 runs in his first five overs without taking a wicket. South Zone captain Tilak Varma eventually turned to spin to contain the young batter.

## Sooryavanshi's Dismissal

Despite the impressive start, Sooryavanshi's innings ended in the 15th over. Attempting a pull shot off Chama Milind's short delivery, he was caught at deep square leg by Tanay Thyagarajan. Sooryavanshi departed after scoring 44 runs off 37 balls, including five fours and a six.
