## Participating Countries
The countries involved in this decision include Saudi Arabia, Russia, Iraq, Kuwait, Kazakhstan, Algeria, and Oman. These nations have reaffirmed their commitment to maintaining market stability and adhering to the group's production agreement.
## Production Quotas
For October, Russia's oil production quota is set at 9.949 million barrels per day, while Saudi Arabia's is 10.478 million barrels per day. Iraq, Kuwait, Kazakhstan, Algeria, and Oman have their quotas set at 4.431, 2.676, 1.628, 1.007 million barrels per day, and 841,000 barrels per day, respectively. The total combined quota for these countries stands at 31.01 million barrels per day.
