## Exciting Expansion Plans

Warner Bros World Abu Dhabi is set to expand with three new Harry Potter-themed lands: Diagon Alley, Hogwarts, and the Forbidden Forest. This development, in collaboration with Warner Bros. Discovery Global Experiences, will transform the theme park on Yas Island into a major destination for fans of the Wizarding World.

## Construction Timeline

The construction of these new attractions is expected to be completed by 2029. Originally planned as a single Harry Potter land, the project has grown significantly, now covering approximately 63,000 square meters. This makes it one of the largest Harry Potter-themed developments outside of Universal's parks.

## Unique Features

Once finished, Warner Bros World Abu Dhabi will be the first park globally to feature both Hogwarts Castle and Diagon Alley under one roof. The park will also include exclusive rides designed specifically for this location, enhancing its appeal as a unique entertainment destination.

## Strategic Vision

The expansion aligns with Abu Dhabi's broader goals for economic diversification and tourism growth. Mohamed Khalifa Al Mubarak, Chairman of Miral, emphasized the importance of this project in reinforcing Yas Island's status as a leading global leisure hub. Simon Robinson from Warner Bros. Discovery highlighted the project's role in deepening connections with fans through immersive experiences.

## A First for the Region

This will be the first permanent Harry Potter attraction outside Universal-operated parks and the first in the Middle East. The indoor, air-conditioned environment of Warner Bros World Abu Dhabi offers a comfortable experience for visitors, regardless of the region's climate.
