After vulgar song row, Nora Fatehi now in the spotlight for 'Lego plane' comment; company files Dh30m lawsuit

## Legal Trouble for Nora Fatehi

Nora Fatehi, a well-known singer and dancer, is facing a defamation lawsuit valued at Dh30 million. The legal action was initiated by Dune Aviation after Fatehi described one of their chartered planes as a 'Lego airplane'.

## The Incident

The controversy began when Fatehi shared videos on social media of her journey on a Cessna Citation CJ2 from Mumbai to Jaipur. In her posts, she compared the aircraft to a toy plane made of Lego pieces. This description allegedly harmed the company's reputation and business.

## Company’s Response

Dune Aviation claims that Fatehi's remarks were made without any factual basis or technical knowledge. They argue that the plane is a standard model in its class and that her comments were reckless and irresponsible.

## Court Proceedings

The lawsuit was filed in a Gandhinagar court in April and is scheduled for a hearing on September 25. The company is seeking compensation for the alleged damage caused by Fatehi's comments.

## Previous Controversy

This is not the first time Fatehi has been in the spotlight for controversial reasons. She recently faced backlash over the lyrics of a Kannada song, which she later addressed by explaining her lack of understanding of the language.
