## Launch of New Digital Services

Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, the Crown Prince of Ajman, has unveiled a new suite of digital services aimed at enhancing rental regulation in the emirate. This initiative was introduced during the Ajman Real Estate Investment Exhibition, which took place from September 14 to 16.

## Modernizing Real Estate Processes

The Ajman Municipality & Planning Department, under the guidance of Sheikh Ammar, is leveraging artificial intelligence to streamline government services and improve the real estate sector's competitiveness. These digital tools are designed to simplify procedures, enhance customer experience, and boost investor confidence.

## Key Features of the Digital Package

The digital services package includes several innovative tools. Among them is Tibyan, a Smart Legal Assistant available in two versions: one for the public and another for internal use by the Rental Regulation Sector employees. Tibyan assists with rental disputes and service inquiries, ensuring quick and reliable access to information.

Additionally, the package offers services for electronic contract creation and documentation, such as the New Workers’ Accommodation Contract Attestation Request and the New Employee Accommodation Contract Attestation Request. These services facilitate the organization and documentation of accommodation data.

## Enhancing Efficiency and Reliability

The digital services also feature Digital Document Authentication, which provides electronic stamps for approved contracts, enhancing the reliability and verification of documents. This initiative is part of a broader effort by the Ajman Municipality & Planning Department to build a smarter government services ecosystem, supporting the emirate's transition to a digital future.
