Muneer Hussein Muneer, a Pakistani national, has retired after dedicating 41 years to the Ras Al Khaimah Police. Arriving in the UAE at 19, Muneer spent his entire career at the General Headquarters of Ras Al Khaimah Police, where he worked as a uniform supervisor and foreman. His role involved meticulous attention to detail, ensuring officers received the correct uniforms and equipment.

## Building a Life in the UAE

Muneer considers the UAE his home, having spent most of his life there. He embraced the local culture, learned Arabic, and integrated into the community. His family also thrived in the UAE, with his children pursuing successful careers abroad.

## Retirement Plans

Despite retiring, Muneer plans to stay in Ras Al Khaimah and start a business. He feels deeply connected to the UAE, describing it as one of the best places to live and work. His dedication was recognized with several awards, including the Golden Jubilee Certificate and the Union Service Award.

## A Legacy of Respect

Throughout his career, Muneer treated everyone with respect, regardless of rank. He served under five different Commanders-in-Chief and formed lasting friendships with colleagues. His advice to younger employees is to be patient, keep learning, and treat others well.

## Honored for His Service

On his last day, Muneer was honored by Brigadier General Mohammed Obaid Al Khatri for his long service. He expressed gratitude to the police leadership and his colleagues for their support throughout his career.
