Dubai Health rolls out new parking system, starting with Rashid Hospital

## New Parking System Launch Dubai Health has initiated a smart parking management system, starting with Rashid Hospital. This system, launched on September 21, ensures that patients continue to enjoy free parking during their visits.

## Free Parking for Patients Patients visiting for emergency care, consultations, laboratory appointments, or ongoing treatments will not be charged for parking. Visitors to patients can avail up to three hours of free parking daily by providing patient details at the reception.

## Special Provisions Two companions of admitted patients are eligible for 24-hour free parking, with possible extensions. People of Determination, senior citizens, and pregnant women will receive complimentary valet parking upon eligibility verification.

## System Implementation Parkin Company is responsible for implementing this system, which aims to enhance parking access and efficiency. The initiative is a response to feedback from patients and visitors, aiming to improve their experience with digital solutions.

## Additional Features Optional services such as valet parking, car wash, and electric vehicle charging will be available. Standard parking fees apply to those not visiting Dubai Health facilities, with a 30-minute grace period for pick-ups and drop-offs.
