## Salah's Driving Ban

Mohamed Salah, the Egyptian football star, has been banned from driving in the UK for six months. This decision follows a speeding incident involving a Rolls-Royce registered in his name. The vehicle was caught speeding in Cheshire, and Salah was convicted in his absence by Warrington Magistrates’ Court in August.

## Court Ruling

The court imposed the driving ban after Salah failed to identify the driver of the luxury car when it was detected by a speed camera in March 2026. Additionally, he did not respond to two notices sent to his residence. Alongside the ban, Salah was fined €769.

## Previous Incidents

This is not the first time Salah has faced driving-related issues in England. In 2022, he received a fine and penalty points for speeding in a Ferrari. Back in 2018, he was seen using a mobile phone while driving, although no charges were filed due to insufficient evidence.

## Recent Football Achievements

Despite the off-field issues, Salah continues to excel on the pitch. Recently, he scored a hat-trick for Trabzonspor against Galatasaray, contributing to a 4-0 victory. This performance increased his goal tally to seven for the season.
