## EFG Hermes Achieves Top Rankings

EFG Hermes has been recognized for its outstanding performance in the 2026 Extel Emerging EMEA Research Survey. The investment bank, part of EFG Holding, secured the top spot in Corporate Access Conferences for the second year in a row. This achievement highlights the strong demand for MENA companies and sector expertise.

## Corporate Access Excellence

The EFG Hermes One-on-One Conference, known as the largest investment forum for MENA, played a significant role in this success. The 19th edition of the conference featured 220 companies from 12 countries and attracted 675 institutional investors and fund managers from 252 global institutions. Co-CEO Mohmed Ebeid emphasized that the ranking underscores the platform's scale and execution strength.

## Research Division Success

The research division of EFG Hermes also excelled, with analysts receiving top honors in various sectors. Ahmed Hazem Maher was recognized as the leading analyst in Utilities, while Ahmed Moataz topped the Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals category. Mai Attia and Hatem Alaa also received high rankings in their respective fields. Ahmed Shams, Managing Director and Global Head of Research, praised the team's dedication and analytical depth.

The awards were presented at the Extel Europe & Emerging EMEA Equities Awards ceremony in London on September 17.
