## New Notary Authorisation
The Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD) has authorised notaries at the Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation to enhance digital services and streamline document processing. This initiative is part of a broader strategy to integrate judicial services across various sectors and improve government efficiency.
## Swearing-In Ceremony
The new notaries were officially sworn in before Counsellor Yousef Saeed Al Abri, marking the start of their duties. These professionals will manage the notarisation of contracts and legal documents, adhering to established laws and procedures.
## Vision for Smart Government
This move aligns with the vision of Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan to strengthen smart government services and boost Abu Dhabi’s global competitiveness. Empowering Emirati professionals to perform notary functions is expected to speed up document processing while ensuring legal accuracy.
## Digital Transformation
Advanced digital systems are central to this initiative, aiming to improve service delivery and provide immediate legal coverage for transactions. The ADJD is committed to ongoing training and supervision to maintain high professional standards in notarial services.
## Comprehensive Training
Obtaining a Government Notary licence involves a rigorous training program covering both legal and technical aspects. This ensures that notaries are well-prepared to handle documentation and authentication processes effectively.
## Strategic Integration
The authorisation of notaries at the Khalifa Foundation supports Abu Dhabi’s digital transformation goals, aiming for seamless and efficient government services. It also enhances cooperation with strategic partners, integrating judicial services with key development sectors.
