## Confirm Before You Go
Dubai Airports has issued a warning to travelers, advising them not to head to the airport unless they have received confirmation from their airline regarding their flight departure time. This advisory comes as a limited number of flights have resumed operations at Dubai International (DXB) and Dubai World Central (DWC) airports.
## Limited Flight Resumption
The General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) and Dubai Airports have confirmed that a small number of flights began operating on March 2. UAE airlines such as Emirates, Etihad, and flydubai have started to gradually resume services.
## Context of the Advisory
This development follows recent geopolitical tensions, including a joint US-Israeli attack on Iran, which resulted in retaliatory actions affecting the UAE and other Gulf countries. Travelers are urged to stay updated on their flight status by directly contacting their airlines.
