Parkonic announces new paid parking at neighbourhood mall

## New Parking System at The Ribbon Mall

Parkonic has launched a paid parking system at The Ribbon Mall located in Al Hebiah First, Dubai Motor City. Visitors can enjoy two hours of free parking, after which a fee of Dh10 per hour will be charged. This initiative is part of Parkonic's expansion across Dubai.

## Expansion Across Dubai

The company has recently implemented paid parking at three Lulu Hypermarket locations in Rashidiya, Dubai Investment Park, and Al Warqa. Additionally, Parkonic has introduced VIP parking at City Walk Boulevard, which requires pre-booking through their app.

## Upcoming Changes in Dubai Silicon Oasis

In Dubai Silicon Oasis, Parkonic plans to introduce a ticketless parking system integrated with Salik accounts for automatic billing. This system will feature tiered pricing, with rates varying based on the time of day. Parking will cost Dh4 per hour from 8am to 4pm, increase to Dh6 per hour from 4pm to 8pm, and revert to Dh4 per hour until midnight. Parking will remain free on Sundays and public holidays.

## New Tariffs at DIFC

Parkonic has also updated parking tariffs at the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Visitors to Gate Avenue 1 and Gate Avenue 4 receive one hour of free parking per day, with subsequent hours charged at Dh10 per hour, including VAT.
