## Current Flight Operations
UAE airlines have resumed limited flight operations due to ongoing regional airspace closures. The General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) has enabled emergency corridors to facilitate these flights, currently operating at 48 flights per hour. Since March 1, 2026, 17,498 passengers have been transported on 60 flights, with plans to increase to 80 daily flights, accommodating over 27,000 passengers.
## Airport-Specific Updates
At Dubai airports (DXB & DWC), only passengers with confirmed bookings are allowed entry. Abu Dhabi's Zayed International also restricts access to confirmed travelers, ensuring safety and smooth operations. Sharjah International Airport has resumed operations under a defined schedule, while Fujairah offers SalamAir flights to several destinations. Ras Al Khaimah has also resumed limited operations.
## Airline-Specific Guidance
Emirates Airlines has suspended all scheduled flights to and from Dubai until March 4, 2026, but is operating limited repatriation and cargo flights. Etihad Airways has suspended flights until March 5, 2026, with some exceptions for repositioning and cargo flights. Air Arabia has temporarily suspended operations until March 4, 2026, with flights to certain destinations suspended until March 5, 2026. Flydubai has resumed limited operations from March 3, 2026, prioritizing affected customers.
## Passenger Advice
Passengers are advised to confirm bookings before traveling and to stay updated on flight statuses through airline websites. Rebooking and refund options are available, with specific policies varying by airline. The UAE government is covering accommodation and subsistence costs for affected travelers, and the tourism sector remains fully operational.
