Maria Conceição’s new UAE book helps rescue cats and empowers young girls

## A Unique Initiative

Maria Conceição, a Portuguese humanitarian and Guinness World Record holder, has launched a new book in the UAE that serves a dual purpose: aiding rescued cats and empowering young girls. The book, titled "The UAE Adventures: A Paw-some Journey Across the UAE," was created with the help of photographer Abhi Indrarajan.

## From Photos to a Book

Initially, Maria sought Abhi's help to photograph her rescued cats to assist in finding them homes. However, Abhi went beyond expectations by gifting Maria an entire book. This publication not only showcases the cats but also highlights the UAE's landmarks through their eyes.

## Empowering Young Entrepreneurs

The book sales are intended to fund the care of the cats, covering veterinary and daily expenses. More importantly, the initiative provides an entrepreneurial platform for young girls supported by Maria. These girls will manage the book sales, gaining practical business experience.

## Corporate and Individual Opportunities

"The UAE Adventures" is available for individual purchase and as a corporate gift option, offering companies a chance to support this cause while celebrating the UAE. Priced at Dh100, the book is a meaningful gift that contributes to both animal welfare and the girls' entrepreneurial journey.

## A Lasting Impact

Maria credits Abhi for his creativity and generosity, which have transformed a simple request for photographs into a significant opportunity. This initiative not only helps find homes for abandoned animals but also equips young girls with valuable business skills.
