On March 18, the 29th day of Ramadan, the crescent moon is expected to set before sunset, making it invisible in the UAE. Consequently, Ramadan will continue until March 19, completing the month.

The new moon is anticipated to occur at 4:24 am UAE time on March 19. By sunset, the crescent will be 14 hours old, with an angular separation from the sun of 6.5 degrees.
