## Lakshya Sen's Historic Achievement
Lakshya Sen has made history by becoming the second Indian to reach the men's singles final of the All England Open Badminton Championship twice. He achieved this feat after a challenging semi-final victory over Canada's Victor Lai in Birmingham.
## A Grueling Match
The 24-year-old Indian shuttler overcame physical challenges, including blisters and cramps, to win the match 21-16, 18-21, 21-15. The intense contest lasted 1 hour and 37 minutes, testing both players' endurance with rallies extending over 50 strokes.
## Overcoming Adversity
Despite experiencing cramps in the third set, Sen maintained an aggressive strategy, aiming to finish rallies quickly. His ability to adapt and take calculated risks helped him secure the win, especially in the decisive moments of the match.
## Facing the Final Challenge
Sen will now face Lin Chun-Yi of Chinese Taipei in the final. Lin reached the final by defeating Thailand's Kunlavut Vitidsarn. Sen aims to join the ranks of Indian badminton legends Prakash Padukone and Pullela Gopichand by winning the prestigious title.
## Support and Encouragement
PV Sindhu, a fellow Indian badminton star, praised Sen's performance, highlighting the difficulty of competing while dealing with cramps. She expressed confidence in his ability to succeed in the final.
