## Warning on Fake Gold and Insurance Offers
Dubai Police have issued a warning to residents about fraudulent advertisements circulating on social media. These ads falsely claim to offer vehicle insurance and sell gold and jewelry at attractive prices through non-existent companies.
## Public Advisory
The police have urged the public to be cautious and avoid engaging with suspicious online messages or advertisements. They emphasized the importance of not sharing personal or financial information with unknown sources or through unsolicited links.
## Reporting Fraud
Authorities have encouraged residents to report any suspected fraudulent activities through official channels. Reports can be made using the Dubai Police app, their website, or by calling the 901 non-emergency number. Additionally, cybercrime complaints can be submitted via the eCrime platform, which is dedicated to handling online fraud cases.
