In Lingayen, Pangasinan, a petrol station has implemented a 20-liter purchase limit per customer. This restriction prevents the purchase of additional fuel in containers, aiming to curb unauthorized price increases.

## Price Ranges Set

The DOE has established specific price ranges for various fuel types. Gasoline (RON 97/100) is capped between ₱53.70 and ₱76.50 per liter, while Diesel prices range from ₱49.00 to ₱66.59 per liter. These limits apply to all retail outlets, ensuring no unscheduled price adjustments occur until March 10, 2026.

## Enforcement and Penalties

To ensure compliance, the DOE has activated field offices across the country for inspections. The Philippine National Police and the Department of the Interior and Local Government are also involved in monitoring. Violators may face severe penalties, including the revocation of business permits and potential criminal charges.
