Indian expatriates in the UAE have reached out to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, urging a student-friendly resolution regarding the pending CBSE Class 12 exams. The Indian Association Sharjah (IAS) sent a letter to the Prime Minister on March 12, highlighting the stress and uncertainty faced by students due to postponed exams amid regional conflicts.

## Pending Exams and Student Anxiety

While some exams have been completed, around nine to ten papers remain pending for various streams. Students have been preparing diligently, but the ongoing situation has created significant anxiety among them and their families.

## Key Concerns

The IAS outlined three main concerns: ensuring students can complete their education without disruption, securing their higher education prospects, and maintaining confidence in India's education system. The association praised efforts by both Indian and UAE authorities to support students during this challenging time.

## CBSE's Response

The CBSE has acknowledged the concerns and is carefully considering all options. Dr. Ram Shankar, Director of the CBSE Regional Office in Dubai, emphasized the importance of relying on official information and avoiding unverified sources.

## Next Steps

The CBSE plans to review the situation on March 14 before making further decisions about exams scheduled from March 16 onwards. Students are advised to stay informed through official channels as they await a decision that prioritizes their academic interests.
