## Infrastructure Improvements in Nad Al Sheba 3

Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has completed a major road enhancement project in the Nad Al Sheba 3 area. This initiative involved resurfacing approximately two kilometers of roads and installing 50 new lighting units. Additional improvements include new directional signage, parking bays, road markings, and traffic-calming measures.

## Focus on School Traffic

The upgrades primarily target streets surrounding Kings' School, specifically Streets 60, 62, 63, and 65. These roads now feature improved traffic management systems to reduce congestion during school hours. The enhancements are expected to decrease delay times by up to 35%.

## Part of a Broader Development Plan

This project is part of a larger development strategy for Nad Al Sheba 3 and 4, which includes further road paving, new traffic connections, and expanded pedestrian and cycling paths. The comprehensive plan aims for completion by early 2027.

## Supporting a Growing Community

Nad Al Sheba is experiencing rapid growth, with over 30,000 residents. Its strategic location near major roads like Dubai–Al Ain Road and Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road makes it a key area for infrastructure investment, enhancing both local living conditions and broader urban mobility.
