## New Projects in KEZAD

KEZAD Group has announced a significant investment of Dh147 million in five new industrial and logistics projects across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. These projects are set to cover an area of over 84,000 square meters and are expected to create approximately 500 jobs.

## Project Details

Four of the projects will be situated in KEZAD Al Ain, involving an investment of Dh47 million and spanning more than 37,400 square meters. These developments are anticipated to generate around 200 jobs. The fifth project, located in KEZAD Al Ma’mourah, Abu Dhabi, will cover over 46,500 square meters with a Dh100 million investment, creating 300 jobs.

## Sectoral Impact

The projects will span various sectors, including oilfield chemicals, metal processing, manufacturing, and logistics. Notable developments include an oilfield chemicals blending facility by Haber/Elixir and a metal forming and coating facility by Precent Enterprises Metals Coating. Additionally, Grand Line Industries will establish a car cleaning products plant, while Unibal Group Investment and Al Lul Transport & General Contracting will develop industrial and warehousing facilities.

## KEZAD's Growth

This investment is part of KEZAD's ongoing expansion of its industrial base. In 2025, KEZAD recorded 73.6 square kilometers of leased land, with 67% dedicated to industrial and manufacturing activities. The Economic Cities & Free Zones cluster of AD Ports Group, which includes KEZAD, reported a revenue increase of 45% in 2025, reaching Dh2.87 billion. KEZAD also delivered 146,000 square meters of new warehouse capacity last year, maintaining a 91% occupancy rate, indicating strong demand for industrial and logistics infrastructure in the region.
