## Rove Hotels Enters Egyptian Market

Dubai-based Rove Hotels is set to open a new location in Cairo, marking its first venture into Egypt. The hotel, named Rove Sheikh Zayed City, will be developed in collaboration with El Sayyad Group. Situated on the Cairo–Alexandria Desert Road, the hotel will provide easy access to major attractions like the Great Pyramids of Giza and the Grand Egyptian Museum.

## Strategic Location and Facilities

The new 240-room hotel will be strategically located about 15 minutes from the museum and pyramids, with convenient road links to central Cairo and Alexandria. It will also be near Smart Village and Sphinx International Airport, making it an attractive option for business travelers. The hotel will feature amenities such as an all-day restaurant, swimming pool, gym, and co-working spaces.

## Expanding Regional Presence

This expansion into Egypt is part of Rove Hotels' broader strategy to increase its presence in the Middle East. The brand is also planning to enter Saudi Arabia and Oman. Paul Bridger, COO of Rove Hotels, emphasized the brand's commitment to offering lifestyle-driven accommodations to a new generation of travelers.

Khaled El Sayyad, CEO of El Sayyad Group, highlighted the partnership as a response to evolving visitor expectations in Egypt. The collaboration aims to blend Rove's global appeal with local cultural insights, providing a unique hospitality experience.
