UAE: MoFA cuts service delivery time by 90% with six-minute transactions

## Major Digital Overhaul

The UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) has significantly reduced its service delivery time by up to 90%, with some transactions now taking just six minutes. This achievement is part of a broader digital transformation aimed at enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction.

## Streamlined Processes

The Ministry's success in speeding up transaction processing is attributed to the integration with 19 different entities and the adoption of advanced electronic systems. This integration has simplified procedures and unified service channels, leading to improved operational efficiency.

## Commitment to Excellence

MoFA's efforts reflect a commitment to delivering high-quality government services that align with global best practices. The Ministry has reduced service delivery channels from two to one and streamlined procedures from three steps to one, contributing to a 90% customer satisfaction rate in 2025.

## Scholarship Program Relaunched

In addition to service improvements, MoFA has relaunched its scholarship program to attract and develop Emirati youth. Registration opens on May 1, aiming to prepare a new generation for international representation of the UAE.

These initiatives underscore MoFA's vision of an integrated, innovative government model focused on sustainability and customer-centric services.
