## New Initiative in Dubai

Dubai Municipality has unveiled a new initiative called "Work from Park," aiming to transform public parks into tech-enabled workspaces. This move is part of a broader strategy to redefine urban spaces by integrating productivity, leisure, and nature.

## First Location and Future Plans

The first location for this initiative will be Al Barsha Pond Park, set to open in May 2026. The park will feature modular workspaces that adhere to high sustainability standards. Additional parks across the emirate will follow suit throughout the year.

## Partnerships and Technology

Dubai Municipality has partnered with Group AMANA and Letswork LLC to develop and operate these advanced workspaces. Group AMANA will use modular construction technology to create flexible and sustainable environments, while Letswork will manage the workspace operations, offering facilities like hot desks and creative studios.

## Supporting the Creative Economy

The initiative also aims to support entrepreneurs and freelancers by providing specialized creative spaces and podcast studios. Educational programs and collaborative sessions will be introduced to nurture talent and promote entrepreneurship.

## Strategic Goals

This initiative aligns with the Dubai 2040 Parks and Greenery Strategy and the Dubai Economic Agenda D33, aiming to enhance quality of life and economic productivity. It represents a step towards a sustainable, innovation-driven urban economy, reinforcing Dubai's position as a future-ready city.
