Sahil Dhaneshra, a 23-year-old, tragically lost his life in a collision in Dwarka earlier this month. An autopsy has confirmed that severe internal bleeding and a skull fracture were the primary causes of his death. The accident occurred on February 3, when Dhaneshra's motorcycle was struck head-on by a Scorpio SUV attempting a dangerous overtaking maneuver.

## Incident Overview

The crash took place near the Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management in Dwarka Sector 11 at around 11:57 am. The Scorpio, driven by 17-year-old Akshatra Singh, collided with Dhaneshra's Yamaha motorcycle before hitting a parked Maruti Swift Dzire taxi. The taxi driver, Ajit Singh, sustained injuries and was treated at IGI Hospital.

## Legal Proceedings

Akshatra Singh, who did not have a valid driver's license, was apprehended at the scene. Despite the severity of the incident, the Juvenile Justice Board granted him interim bail on February 10, allowing him to continue his Class 10 board examinations.
