The city has seen a notable increase in high-value transactions, with deals over $10 million rising from 113 in 2021 to 500 in 2025.

Its financial ecosystem and cultural offerings, such as the Louvre Abu Dhabi and the upcoming Guggenheim Abu Dhabi, are drawing international buyers. This complements the overall growth in the Middle East, where prime property prices rose by 9.4% in 2025, largely due to Dubai's performance.
