The Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) has initiated the allocation of its largest batch of ready homes to citizens within the Wadi Al Amardi and Al Aweer projects. This move aligns with the Year of the Family 2026 initiative and follows directives from Sheikha Hind bint Maktoum.

## Project Details

The projects, valued at Dh1.6 billion, aim to provide high-quality housing solutions. The Al Aweer project includes 398 housing units, while Wadi Al Amardi comprises 432 units. Each home features four bedrooms, a majlis, a living room, a kitchen, and utility rooms, all designed for comfort and future expansion.

## Advanced Allocation Process

MBRHE is utilizing smart technology for the allocation process, ensuring efficiency and transparency. Beneficiaries are contacted through a digital reservation system on the DubaiNow app and can visit allocation centers from Monday to Friday.
