## Fine Imposed for Regulatory Breach

The Abu Dhabi Judicial Department's Private Notary Affairs Committee has levied a Dh30,000 fine on a private notary. This penalty was issued due to the notary's failure to adhere to professional regulations and standards.

## Strengthening Oversight

This action is part of a broader initiative to enhance oversight and maintain high standards within the notary sector. The committee, led by Yousef Saeed Al Abri, aims to ensure the accuracy of transactions and protect the rights of involved parties.

## Expansion of Services
